Good view from the room, walking distance to the sea(good place for sunset and aurora!) High quality decoration and reasonable price. Fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom.

Pleasant but not very practical.

The apartment was spacious, very clean and nicely furnished.

There were no coat hangers and nowhere to store clothes: rather a case of form over function. The kitchen was spacious but had limited utensils for cooking. This was the most expensive place we stayed in during a month-long tour of Scandinavia. I was therefore rather surprised to have to make the bed myself - I would expect that to have been done for us. The stairs up to the shower room were extremely steep and not suitable for anyone with any form of mobility issue: this needs to be made clear in the booking information. The information on how to access the property came very late.

New, spacious, and inviting.

New home with spacious rooms. Nice views. Modern. Comfortable layout. A wonderful home! Spacious rooms. Windows that open easily! Washer machine is splendid. Location is a ten minute walk from the trailhead of an outstanding hike called Nonstinden and Ballstadheia. Ballstad initially looked to us like a sleepy village but it’s a gem with an excellent location for the outdoors.

New, Well-Equipped Apartment but Some Issues with Smell and Essentials

The apartment is new, clean, and relatively well-equipped, making it a good choice for a short stay at a reasonable price. The location is convenient, and check-in was easy.

The bathroom has a slight odor, and the parking area smells strongly of sewage, which can be unpleasant when coming and going. Additionally, the kitchen does not provide cooking oil. Also, while there is a coat rack at the entrance, there are no clothes hangers in the wardrobe, making it difficult to hang clothes properly during your stay.

Amazing, clean and comfortable!

Brand new, modern, very well equipped, extremely clean, cozy apartment in amazing location Proper kitchen, with everything you might need, comfortable bed, big bathroom with new washing machine. Fast WiFi and huge tv. Lots of storage space. Fresh, new bedlinen. Really amazing apartment, would love to come back!

Sofa could be more comfortable, it’s very stiff, but that’s not such a big deal The apartament could use a floor lamp by the sofa, for more atmospheric light, but again, these are just small details.

Best place I’ve stayed in Norway

Having personally stayed in well over 20 places all across Norway this is definitely on of, if not the best I have stayed in. The value for money is unrivaled. The location is quiet but within easy reach of restaurants and supermarkets. The fit and finishing of the apartment is excellent, it has recently been renovated and it shows! The hosts are excellent and provided clear instructions and were quick to answer questions, even on new years’ eve! I can highly recommend anyone to stay here!

部屋は、ゆったりとしていた。洗濯機が使えてよかったが、洗濯物を干すロープ掛けがなかった。電子レンジがあれば最高だ。玄関ドアのロックの方法がわからなかったので、オーナーに電話して尋ねた。電話ができてよかった。

まず、宿泊費が高すぎる。提示されていた宿泊費のほかに、清掃費などが、加わり２倍の宿泊費となった。もちろん、朝食もなしで、この価格は高すぎる。照明器具の使い方が最後まで分からなかった。キーボックスの最後の処理もどうすればよいかわからなかった。

Un excellent apartment au calme

Très bien situé, très calme, très bon éclairage et nombreuses prises électriques, très bien équipé dans l'ensemble (sauf ustensiles de cuisine), très propre (si on ne regarde pas dans les coins). Parking facile.

Il n'y a aucun rangement pour les affaires, ni penderie, ni commodes, ni cintres. Il faudrait une ou deux petites poêles de plus et de même pour les casseroles, plus les couvercles correspondants. Même pour deux personnes c'est trop limité. La porte d'entrée est difficile à verrouiller. L'occultation des chambres est correcte sans plus et devrait être renforcé. L'eau chaude est littéralement brûlante. L'escalier intérieur est très raide, voire dangereux. Pas d'accueil en personne.

Lovely apartment

Non sarà il classico Rorbu, non dormirai su una palafitta stile lofoten, ma l'appartamento è veramente carino ed accogliente. Mi sento di consigliarlo fortemente. Pulito, spazioso, fronte mare e super centrale. La posizione è fondamentale perché sarai ad un'ora da A ed ad un ora da Svolver.

Se ci fosse stato un barbecue l'avrei usato molto volentieri.

Soggiorno a Ballstad

Appartamento nuovo e completo di tutti i servizi (lavatrice e lavapiatti). Soprattutto la lavatrice è estremamente utile. Silenzioso e posizione vista mare molto bella. Posto auto privato.

I posti auto andrebbero delimitati in maniera chiara. Lasciarli al buon senso degli ospiti potrebbe a volte essere un rischio.

Bellissimo appartamento in posizione ideale.

Appartamento moderno, molto curato e dotato di ogni comfort. Posizione tranquilla, ideale per scoprire la parte sud delle isole Lofoten. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la pulizia dell'alloggio e la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto comodamente sotto casa.

Tutto ok. Peccato essere rimasti solo due giorni.
