Spacious and reasonably comfortable. Location is good and great bathroom facilities.

Main issue is the outside management of the property system. While they are responsive it is very uncomfortable that a single thing cannot be solved on location. It is fine to self-check-in, but if the stove does not work it is unhelpful to receive a myriad of instructions that are applicable to other apartments in the complex and you just give up after a while. It should not be that hard for someone to come check it, or at least inquire if their instructions were helpful and if things work now. Typically outsourcing situation. Also if you book an accommodation with sauna it is expected for the sauna to work. Not just to get a passive response that as far as they know it does not work. Unacceptable for this kind of money. Also the kitchen equipment would benefit from a basic 50 EUR investment, it is livable but quite sad.

Wonderful little rorbuer that’s a great base to explore the region. Sauna is a bonus!

There are doors that divide the house in two parts and the noises were so loud it felt like the other guests were in the room with us

Erst buchten wir gemäss Angaben Nr. 3, dies entsprach aber überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung. Nur 2 kleine Fenster, auf Dachpappe raus und etwas Horizont. Upgrade Nr. 14, sehr freundlicher, unkomplizierter Support der Mitarbeiterin. Unsere Bewertung bezieht sich auf Nr. 14. Grosse Räume, zweckdienlich eingerichtet, Das Rorbuer ist gut gelegen, während Nebensaison ruhig. Störend höchstens, dass Camper zwischen 2 Rorbuer stehen können, obwohl rundherum viel Platz war. Küchenutensilien etwas alt und zum Teil defekt. Ballstad selbst ein kleiner Ort mit Laden und Kaffe, sehr freundliche Menschen.

Kochutensilien z. T. defekt oder nicht vollständig, Schubladen Besteck nicht sauber.
