Although this is a family hotel (with activities for kids), we 2 single ladies enjoyed our stay here so much we extended by 2 nights. Staff was very nice, many spoke decent English and were very helpful when other staff did not. The food was tasty, not Michelin quality, but certainly fine for the money. We were the only non-Indians staying which made it all the more charming for us! Other guests were very friendly and easy to strike up conversations. It was nice being a bit out of town and the views from our side of the building were spectacular! All in all, a good value for money spent.

Excellent staff. Right from the check in till the check out, everyone was so welcoming. At the reception, restaurants, house keeping, every one was smiling. A special thanks to the travel desk for arranging our tour from Shimla-Manali-Delhi. The driver (Bunty) was very expert. He guided us very well. Very honestly.
It was our first stay with Club Mahindra and the experience was awesome so I would love to stay at club mahindra whenever I plan my holidays in future wherever it's available.
