    We had a wonderful stay at Club Mahindra. The valley view was beautiful and honestly one of the best parts of our trip. 🏔️ The resort was clean and well maintained, and all the staff were very polite, kind, and helpful. A special mention to Manisha from the dining area — she was so sweet and kind and always made us feel welcome. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely love to come back again! ❤️

    ⚠️ BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN OVER 5 YEARS OLD I had a very disappointing experience with the way Agoda displayed the child policy and pricing during my booking. While making the reservation, Agoda asked me to enter the ages of my children, so I assumed the system would calculate the correct total price based on their ages and the hotel's child policy. However, the booking page prominently displayed “Your Kids Stay Free” in highlighted text. The information that this applied only to children aged 0–5 years was shown in much smaller text. This can easily be misunderstood, especially when making a booking quickly. More importantly, even after entering the children's ages, Agoda did not clearly add or display any additional charge for a child above 5 years old in the final booking price. When we arrived at the hotel, we were suddenly asked to pay an additional amount for the older child, which was almost half the original booking price. This was a very unpleasant surprise and completely changed the actual cost of the stay. The main issue: If Agoda collects the exact age of each child during the booking process, the system should clearly calculate and display the applicable charges before the customer completes the payment. If the hotel's policy is different for children above 5 years old, the customer should be shown the revised total price upfront, rather than discovering a substantial mandatory charge only after reaching the hotel. In my opinion, there is a clear mismatch between Agoda's booking/pricing display and the hotel's actual child policy. 👉 My advice: If you are travelling with children over 5 years old, do not rely solely on the “Your Kids Stay Free” message. Carefully confirm the hotel's child-age policy and contact the hotel directly to verify whether any additional charges will apply. A booking platform should make the actual total cost clear before payment, especially when it already knows the ages of the children travelling. This experience was extremely frustrating and resulted in an unexpected expense that could have been avoided if the pricing had been displayed correctly at the time of booking. I am attaching screenshot of the booking process to understand this bug clearly.
