    The hotel rooms were very clean, the bed, bed sheets, bathrooms were very neat. We were sceptical that whether heater will be available in rooms to sleep but surprisingly it was available in air conditioner which was a great advantage for the family members. My two younger kids were happy after switching on the heater in the room. Morning complimentary breakfast buffet were worthy and affordable they treated us well by asking individually anything is required additional. The restaurant location was great to have food and to click great pics behind the big mountains and place for kids to play. The reception Staff members were very friendly and addressed our queries shortly. Overall a pleasant experience with family. Everything is great about this resort. A calm environment. I would definitely recommend my friends if they plan for visit to Shimla.
