About this apartment rental

Beautifully decorated, classic Parisian apartment with antique furniture in typical Hausmannian building with elevator. 60 m2, fully stocked kitchen, washing machine, 160cm bed in master bedroom, 160cm bed in living room, separate toilet and bathroom and a balcony that view on the river Seine.

Vibrant neighbourhood, great bistro on the corner, excellent bakery, right next to metro stop, 2 min walk to supermarket, plenty of restaurant recommendations.

Perfect spot for our family of 3. The bedroom has a door that closed. And the sofa bed is comfortable. The toilet is separate from the shower. The kitchen has a washing machine and a dishwasher. Both are small, but adequate. The freezer makes ice really fast, bring your own ice trays. When you open the windows you get a nice breeze. There is a fan that was very helpful for air and for some white noise. The balcony is quaint and nice. The 13th is a hidden gem. Right on the river with tons of restaurants and bars to check out. Also right by a Franprix, mini grocery store. Chez Lili downstairs is delicious and quick and most staff speak some English. I would stay here again. Right across from Bercy/ Accor arena if you want to see a concert. Bernard was also very helpful during check-in and after. He met us there.
