A localização muito boa. Perto do metro (linha 14) e RER C, avenida cheia de comércios, lojas como H&M, Sephora, Decathlon, MonoPrix, locais pra comer. Apartamento lindo, bem arrumado, confortável e seguro.

It's not that I didn't like anything but we do need someone good with translation it was very hard to understand and we didn't get told where to put the bins.

The location was the only good part of my stay here!
The place wasn’t clean! For a property in such a good location, the place could use a good clean up and upgrade! The sheets, cups and spoons were so old i had to purchase new sheets, cups and spoons to use during my stay! No form of sanitation was done prior to my arrival! It was so disappointing! The owner’s communication wasn’t great as well. She was quite responsive just before my arrival and shortly after, then suddenly became slow to respond.
