The property mainly runs a bar that runs until 04:30AM in the morning. They play loud music which straight away seeps inside the accommodation area and one can’t sleep at all. Air Conditioner is switched ON between 20:30 to morning(don’t recall the exact time).
Most disappointing factor, though I paid for the Breakfast while booking my stay, I was given breakfast once amongst 3 days of stay.

Landed in the heart of Koh Sumai, and needed the beach and local street market vendors. The accommodation is right in the centre, prime location. The grab drivers will know, opposite currency exchange and 7-11.
You will be bang centre of the main road in Lamai which will accommodate your plans.
The accommodation is through a cannabis cafe. It’s now the norm in Thailand sue it it’s legalisation. The cafe is the size of mansion hall, roomy, airy; you can’t smell anyone smoking a joint even during busy period. The owner allows use of the cafe. I often got some work done sitting on the very comfy chairs. The cafe drinks and coffee selection is high quality.; great in the morning. Great price under 100baht. The Cappuccino is recommended.
Good washroom facilities, spacious and everything working. Any essential can be purchased across the road at 7-11.
The common area at the back which comes with the room and a great place to decompress.
The bed and pillow are firm and spacious. You have a cubical light and power socket to charge while you sleep. The room felt sound proof as you couldn’t hear any noise. The aircon may be used by others so a summer blanket is provided.
Two friendly cats is owned by the owner. They ensure no vermin enter the premise.
Staff: Beyond excellent! Accomplished, polite and on/point service.
Host / owner: Opens his premise with open arms and nothing is a hassle. Nothing more to say.
The resident is called Noah’s Ark and that’s exactly what is provides. A place of rest and sanctuary.
