My stay at this hotel was fantastic, largely thanks to its unbeatable location that puts you right in the center of absolutely everything. The rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean, with the housekeeping team doing a truly phenomenal job every single day. A special shout-out goes to the wonderful ladies at the front desk, who were incredibly helpful, warm, and just genuinely fun to talk to. While the property boasts fantastic pools that are perfect for relaxing, the only minor downside is that the on-site restaurant closes very early. Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Me and my partner stayed at Am Samui Palace and overall, we had a really nice stay and couldn’t complain. The room was really clean and the bed was absolutely huge and very comfortable. The only downside was the shower, as unfortunately the water kept going cold and I don’t think I had a properly hot shower during our stay. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal for us. The hotel is right near the beach and you can walk straight out onto the main strip, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Overall, we had a really good stay and the hotel was perfect for what we wanted. We would happily stay here again.

Had stayed here before. Requested a queen bed and arrived on a late flight to find twin beds. Had emailed 48 hours earlier to confirm all was in order with a staff member Pawaris Niyakij, who had stated all was in order … it was not!!! Staff tried to fix the situation on our arrival but no apology from Pawatis and after asking to speak to him he was NEVER available. Having gone through the inconvenience, one would have thought some gesture of apology would have been forthcoming! Perhaps good customer service would have been a toke offering of breakfast during our stay. We got nothing! Will not be staying here again and suggest that you think twice before booking!
