    Its very close to the pier so when you arrive you can walk here if you dont have too much luggage, its about a 2 minute walk to the beach although the water wasnt clear and pretty cloudy when we went. There is a bike rental shop near and youll need a motorbike since its not really near anything which is perfect if you want to be secluded

    I was in Pinnacle in 2025 and came back in 2026, it was that good. Good firm but not hard beds; nice plentiful breakfast, clean private beach, clean and calm sea at your doorstep, also a nice pool; a few restaurants nearby with good food and not expensive at all, restaurant on site as well; a few massage places nearby, no laud music around, so quiet and peaceful. Resort is far away from touristy area and big shops, may be 20 min drive by taxi. We used Grab and Bolt as transportation application for our one trip to shops and then airport. 2-3 smallish shops around for water, alco*ol and snacks. 150 meters away from a small Maenam pier/port. We came by boat from Koh Tao and walked from pier to hotel by the beach. There are some excursions on offer in this Maenam port. We will return again to Pinnacle Samui resort, for sure . It ticks many boxes. My friend did stay in a cheapest room - it was big and modern. We were in the best room/villa. It was good as well. So accommodation is good for any budget.

    Location is great if you are looking for somewhere to relax away from noisy roads. 711 only 10 minutes away, and okish restaurants nearby. The hotel is ok, beach is outstanding. Couple of negative points: incredibly noisy ac, hard bed, and the staff was really rude. Especially a receptionist she didn't geet us when we checked in, when we addressed a couple of issues she totally ignored us. One morning I said good morning to her and she didn't even reply back. Weird. Location great, bad staff, wouldn't go back again.
