Located in such a convenient place. Not even 5 mins walk to Fishermans night market. 1 min from 7/11. Burger King, mC Donald's, cafes, restaurants, taxis, grabs you name it and it's all around. Calm atmosphere and sweetest staff. Loved the vibe. Great pool area which our kids and family loved. Just for the convenience of everything I'd rate it 5/5 for everything. Sweetest people run this place, so do not hesitate to book. You'll love this place. ♡

Stayed here for 7 nights and unfortunately came away quite disappointed. The hotel looks appealing in the photos and the grounds are attractive, but the reality of our stay didn’t match expectations. The biggest issue was the room itself. The bed was by far the hardest mattress I have ever slept on and genuinely felt like sleeping on a wooden board. Sleep quality was very poor throughout our stay. Cleanliness and housekeeping were also inconsistent. There were stains on the bedding from arrival which remained throughout the week, making us question whether the sheets had been changed at all during our stay. We also found a dead mosquito in the bed on arrival. As a test, we noticed some dirt and fluff on the floor remained in the same places for days, suggesting the room was not being cleaned thoroughly. Towels were not always refreshed either. The outdoor bathroom may appeal to some guests, but it wasn’t something we recall being clearly highlighted when booking. In practice, it meant dealing with insects, mosquitoes and even geckos on several occasions. The shower drainage was also poor. What was particularly frustrating was being advised at check-in to keep the bathroom door closed to prevent mosquitoes entering, yet housekeeping repeatedly left the door open after cleaning, which seemed to defeat the purpose entirely. We were bit to shreds all week. The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay and often struggled with basic browsing. The ceiling fan in the living area made such a loud rattling noise that we couldn’t comfortably use it, leaving the room very warm. Like many hotels, the air conditioning only works when the room key is inserted, so returning after being out often meant coming back to an extremely hot room. We also had a disappointing experience with the laundry service, where the quoted weight appeared far higher than expected. In addition, some clothing seemed to have shrunk after being returned. There were a number of smaller frustrations too, including the lack of a full-length mirror and general maintenance issues that added up over the course of a week. Also products not topped up all week so ran out of whatever it was shower gel or shampoo most of week. To be fair, the staff were generally pleasant and the property itself has potential. However, after seven nights, the combination of poor sleep, housekeeping concerns, unreliable Wi-Fi, mosquito issues and room maintenance problems meant this was not a stay we would choose to repeat. With some improvements to housekeeping, maintenance and guest comfort, this could be a much better experience than it currently is. Photos available but app wouldn’t let me upload.
