The staff are very welcoming and friendly. My room and the facilities were very clean. The gardens are beautiful. It is in a great central location to beach, shops snd restaurants. The place is set back from the main road by a driveway and parking area so road noise is not a concern.
The mattress was ok but not what I prefer. Others might be fine with it.
My room was close to the reception area so the noise of suitcases being wheeled was often heard.
Some inconsiderate guests leave their towels on the pool chairs for hours without using them. I feel that the staff should remove the towels if nobody has been present for a while.

Good size rooms. ours right by one of the pools. 2 pools both were great. Very clean and tidy. Fabulous service. 10min walk to the beach. Towels provided. Very helpful staff with trips, taxis and laundry. Good buffet breakfast, very fresh. would definitely go back.

The balcony room was dated but large and nicely fitted with hardwood.
Despite being near the beach, there is no sense of being near the sea. The breakfast was underwhelming.
