Take a break and unwind in the country at The Barnhouse. This spacious/private barnhouse apartment is elegantly furnished and situated in a farm setting near Fruita, Colorado. Relax by the fire pit on the shaded patio with tremendous views of the Colorado National Monument, and take advantage of the many outdoor activities the local area has to offer.
One bedroom apartment with full kitchen, laundry, and living room. Queen-sized bed in separate bedroom. Queen-sized sofa sleeper (extremely comfortable Koala brand) available. In-apartment laundry available. Washing machine : $5/load fee, includes detergent and dryer sheets. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Outdoor patio area with grill, firepit, and dining area. Easy access to Fruita & Grand Junction, and spectacular views.
Apartment is private but located in a modern barn shared with the Owner's home office and shop. The Owner also lives in a separate residence on the shared 5.5 acre lot.

We would highly recommend this property. The barnhouse was updated and decorated very nicely inside. The property is situated next door to a farm with horses, chickens and roosters, with great mesa and sunset views from the patio. It is also perfectly located 5 minutes from Colorado National Monument, 10 minutes from Grand Junction, about 45 minutes from Grand Mesa, and a bit over an hour from Arches National Park - all great day destinations. The property hosts are lovely - very friendly and quick to respond to all inquiries. Wishing them all the best with their VRBO Barnhouse, and hope to stay again next time we're in the area.
