Un séjour dans un bel appartement confortable au calme !

Appartement calme, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût : un accueil au petit soin et un séjour inoubliable à Sestri, notre meilleure expérience sur 4 séjours à Sestri Levante, le petit chemin permet de rejoindre rapidement le centre sans être au milieu du bruit, literie très confortable et équipements neufs ou très récents ! Carino ma da insonorizzare dagli appartamenti confinanti

Abitazione spaziosa e luminosa, arredata con gusto. Comodità del posto auto condominiale.

L'insonorizzazione! Si sentivano moltissimo i vicini non appena si muovevano o aprivano bocca!! Impossibile rilassarsi. Cuscini alti e duri. Dal bidet usciva solo un filo di acqua calda. La tavoletta del WC balla (anche il rubinetto della cucina!). Non abbiamo trovato lo schiaccianoci. La signorina dell' agenzia il primo giorno è arrivata con 10 minuti di ritardo (!) la puntualità indica rispetto. E poi abbiamo anche dovuto attendere altri 15 minuti che salisse ad arieggiare l'appartamento...... Nessuno dell' agenzia si è poi fatto vedere alla partenza. Abbiamo lasciato le chiavi sul tavolo come concordato direttamente con gli addetti alle pulizie. L'interno dell' appartamento è carino, anche la posizione nel verde, ma fuori il contesto è un bel po' trascurato.. (questo non era indicato nella descrizione) Il mio telefonino non prendeva bene il segnale.

Ottobrata fantastica a Sestri Levante.

Abbiamo soggiornato a fine ottobre 2025, l'appartamento é molto silenzioso, pulito e curato al terzo piano con ascensore in contesto condominiale, buona la vicinanza a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e dal centro di Sestri Levante, posto auto scoperto sotto casa, stanze ampie e confortevoli, cucina provvista di tutto anche del forno a microonde, bella veranda con tavolo e sedie con vista ruscello e zona verde.

Sarebbe utile una pompa di calore per climatizzare all'occorrenza.

Tolle Zeit in einem schönen Ferienort zu gutem Preis-Lesitungsverhältnis.

gute Lage für Zugreisen, durch einen Spezialschlüssel kann der Weg zum Bahnhof sehr verkürzt werden-das war super! eher ruhige Lage aber dafür etwas abseits des Strandes und der Altstadt, bis zur sehr schönen Baja del Silenzio etwa 20 min zu Fuss, der nächste Strand liegt etwa 15 Min zu Fuss, meist ruhig obowohl die Wohnung im allgemeinen sehr ringhörig ist, grössere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 15 Min zu Fuss, alles vorhanden was man zum regelmässigen Kochen braucht, Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch, Empfang und Abschluss finden mit einem persönlichen Kontakt statt, hat sehr gut und zuverlässig funktioniert

Austattung ist sehr zweckmässig aber kein Luxus, haben wir aber bei diesem Preis auch nicht erwartet, Heizung war noch nicht aktiviert, für unseren Aufenthalt (sehr schönes Oktoberwetter) war es immer ausreichend warm, in den Betten muss man sich mit Wolldecken behelfen, sonst nur ein Leintuch und eine Oberdecke

Ben accessoriata di tutto il necessario. Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria . Ottimo staff che ha fornito un buon supporto Parcheggio riservato/gratuito

Non eccellente la pulizia, in particolare il divano letto con vistose macchie . Cuscini molto scomodi assolutamente da sostituire.

Piacevole soggiorno

Appartamento molto carino, situato al terzo piano di un palazzo dotato di ascensore. L’abitazione è organizzata con tutto il necessario. A 5 minuti dal sottopassaggio della stazione che poi permette facilmente di raggiungere il centro a piedi.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4. Metterei a disposizione un ventilatore in piú e un altro paio di rotoli di carta igienica.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage Urlaub war super.

Wohnung ist ruhig etwas abseits vom Stadttrubel. Fußweg zum Meer/Stadt ca. 20 Min. Wohnung ist groß. Alles vorhanden. Alles war sauber, nur der Fußboden nicht so wirklich. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Bahnhof ist in der Nähe ca. 8 Min. zu Fuß.

kein WLAN. Aufpreis bei Nichteinhaltung der engen An-und Abreisezeiten. Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Wohnblock im 3. Stockwerk. Aufzug vorhanden.
