Modern Central Luxury Home with Hot Tub Sauna 12PPL

The property looked just like the photos (they don't always). The location was great to walk down into town, it was easy to park, near a lovely park and was a great place to stay whilst visiting friends in Sheffield. The coffee machine is a Tassimo if like me you want to bring pods for when you arrive. and when we couldn't find any tea towels they came around within five minutes! Hot tub really does take all day to warm up, but was amazing when it does.

Don't be fooled by it saying it sleeps 12. Yes there are 12 bed spaces, but as in the pictures there are only 6 chairs for the table and one in a bedroom, and similarly for the sofa. So the 8 of us couldn't even sit around the table to eat breakfast. I get that (like us) most people don't fully book, but a few folding chairs hanging on the wall, or a chair in each bedroom that we could bring down is probably essential. Can't comment on the amount of cutlery but there was enough crockery for the 8 of us. would have rated higher if we could have sat down.

Loved the hot tub and decking loads of space for 11 of us. Everyone loved it.

The host didn't and hasn't responded to any of my messages despite messaging me information after I had messaged and had no response. I requested that the hot tub was turned on prior to our visit as we were only staying for one night, this wasn't done and ruined our stay as we booked this house for the sole purpose of using the hot tub, this needs to be stated when booking that the hot tub has to be turned on when you arrive as it takes upto 8 hours to get to temperature and when your checking in at 4 and leaving at 10am this isn't great. I had requested this prior to the stay so there was time for this to be done. cigarette butt's on the landing carpet and bins over flowing in the garden.
