Pathetic excuse for accommodations with a kitchen and so called wifi.

The fact I had a full kitchen without any pots and pans, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, etc was utterly ridiculous!
Was given the option to purchase these items for my stay, but none was available to purchase upon arrival and the staff didn't care at all to help me with my situation.
I was traveling with my daughter and booked the facility because it had a full kitchen, which from my extensive experience of traveling and staying in accommodations with full kitchens means it is comes with all the necessary aspects to use a full kitchen.
Instead of enjoying my stay, I had to go and purchase a pot, plates, cutlery, mugs, etc so I could use the supposed FULL KITCHEN.
Last time I checked most people don't travel by plane with kitchenware.
The paid WIFI was a JOKE and I was forced to call their IT department to fix it because when I went to purchase to use it, the page froze and all the wifi wasn't working. Went to the front desk to ask for help and all they did was give me a number to call, because they couldn't help me at all. Took 5 attempts to get through because the system kept hanging up until I finally got through and the first person I spoke to said they couldn't help me because they new nothing about it. So gave up and went to the front desk again and told them about the response, which they again responded by saying they couldn't help me. It wasn't an option for me to give up because I had to work online and my daughter had online classes to attend.
Tried again took 3 attempts again before reaching someone and it took 30 minutes with no immediate conclusion and was told it will take until End of Day to resolve. So we had to go to a local cafe and use their WIFI.
Its 2025 and WIFI should be simply free and immediately accessible PERIOD!! Kitchens are useless without anything to cook and eat with.

The location was convenient for our needs. It is in a quiet area with good carparking facilities.
Although being an apartment, there was no crockery, cutlery or cooking utensils for us to use. We were advised (quite abruptly), that we would need to purchase these ourselves. We have never stayed in an apartment before where these basic items were not provided.
The quality of the building construction is quite poor with there being little to no noise insulation between floors or rooms which was surprising how new the hotel is.

I had an early flight so no breakfast. I wasn’t happy not having a hair dryer or any supplies in the kitchen. I am surprised towels were provided. The entry was very unwelcoming and stark. For the price I expected more.

It is a new facility. There was still an odor ofl sheetrock mud, it was that new! The queen bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. It has a useful kitchen with full-sized refrigerator. I would stay at Echo again.

I received a pre check in email the day before our stay. Booking.com requested a credit card to pay for extra sundries. During our stay I discovered that my card had been charged for the full amount of our stay. Most unsatisfactory! Echo Suites did refund the money.
Although the room had a microwave and hob, there was no kettle, cups, or cutlery.

It was a terrible stay
First, we were forced to wait until 6 PM to check in due to an internal issue—a completely unreasonable delay. At check-in, we were promised a late check-out to compensate for this inconvenience, only to be met with aggressive and disrespectful room service staff barging into our room while we were dressing and demanding that we leave immediately. This is a complete violation of privacy and professionalism.
Additionally, the amenities at your hotel were severely lacking. There was no ice machine anywhere, no coffee maker, and not a single utensil, despite the presence of a kitchenette.

Beautiful property, bad service
It was beautiful and well designed.
Bed was too low to the ground. I am very tall and I literally had to fall down to get in the bed. I also couldn't keep the fan running all night. I also called when I landed to ensure my room was ready. The woman who answered said, yes, it was ready and she was there. When I arrived, there was no one at the desk. I had to call to get the woman back to the desk and waited ten minutes. I had just gotten off a very late flight and just wanted to sleep.
