De woning ligt aan een rustige straat vlakbij de Isar.Hier kun je heerlijk wandelen. Bijna om de hoek is een bakkerij. Twee minuten lopen en je bent bij een bushalte die je elke 10 minuten vlot in het centrum brengt. Het Deutsches Museum kun je lopend langs de rivier bereiken. Het huisje zelf heeft een prima douche en prima wifi.
De woning zelf is sober ingericht. Geschikt als uitvalbasis, maar in de zomer niet aantrekkelijk omdat je niet buiten kunt zitten.
