Apartment is a good size, clean and tidy with good facilities. It's close to the station and within easy walking distance of most Munich attractions. Good bathroom and outside balcony too, which was nice.
It's on the 6th floor, which might not be good for some. Other than that, no real complaints.

Es war sehr zentral gelegen umd sauber, und genau das, was ich brauchte. Nachts okay ruhig.
Es gibt eine einzelne riesige Bettdecke, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache

It’s clean and calm, and the owner allowed me to check in earlier.
The rooms in the same building - VI VADI HOTEL - cost much less. It is not advertised as a room in the same building. Also it is advertised as having a washing machine but it does not have one - you need to pay for it in addition.
