Restaurants just downstairs around the corner and therefore very noisy.
Location is excellent, close to supermarket, old town and train station.
Coffee capsules easy to make good coffee.

Very clean, nice property. Easy to get a hold of host. Quick check in and check out process. Very close to train station. Was able to drop off luggage before check in hours which was really nice.

The apartment is close to central Station and a short walk to Old Town. The apartment was clean and spacious. Unfortunately I have to give only 3 stars because there was only one towel and one small duvet for 2 adults. Our reservation stated 2 persons. Perhaps it was a mistake but disappointing. I would recommend the apartment for a stay in Munich.
