The apt was as advertised—clean, easy to access and walking distance from the train station and old town. No air conditioning but a good fan was provided. Only downside is the street noise can be a bit loud if the windows are open (which was needed given the summer heat).

This is a modern apartment with all of the amenities. Since this was my first time in Munich I’m not sure why they call it “old town “, but this location was great to go to Octoberfest.
Thanks to the host, I was very happy!

The apartment was clean and well furnished. It was centrally located and even though in a busy area was quiet with the windows closed. It is very centrally located and although the neighborhood has a lot of shops and is quite busy (not quiet), it is easy to get all over Munich and to reach the apartment from the train station. Lots of shopping and sightseeing in the immediate area.

Easy walking to all sites in Munich. However it was very noisy at night. With no air conditioning we had to leave the windows open and between loud voices and traffic on the street our sleeping was not ideal.
