Cozy and well-equipped apartment in lively area. The location is excellent that it's just a few minutes walking distance from the train station (Pasing) and also the tram and bus station are near by. A big shopping mall with supermarket that I got everything I need daily. The kitchen is well-equipped. Guests can get in easily since the check-in instructions are clear.
Facilities in the bathroom are quite old. It seems I'm not welcome by the dog next to the apartment.

The location is fine, quiet enough, in a lively area, where you could find just anything needed. Public transportation from Pasing is real good, direct connections almost anywhere. The apartment is equipped with just everything with a good attention to details. The equipment is a bit old, but still working (mostly this is about bathroom). For four persons it’s a bit tight, but manageable. The view is amazing in a good weather.

Great location near the station, good wifi, quiet building, washing machine, fans for the hot days. Nice communication with the host. Easy to get keys.
Many things not working properly (tv - keys - showerhead )
Left overs from earlier visitors - dead plants - left laundry in the washing machine. Sheets, linnen and towels seemed not to be washed correctly (stained, smelly and with small hairs).
