pulita e molto accessoriata, con dotazioni nuove e di qualità ( asse da stiro, lavastoviglie, lavatrice-asciugatrice, macchina da caffè lungo e macchina Nespresso nuova, tanti asciugamani e set da cucina nuovo). La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. ha parcheggio riservato

super Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, die wenige Minuten direkt in die Innenstadt führen + privater Autostellplatz + super ausgestattett: Waschtrockner, Geschirr, Besteck etc. + gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern + angenehme Kühle bei heißen Temperaturen aufgrund Souterrain
die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Bad war extrem hoch - Handtücher trockneten leider gar nicht, die Lüftung muss unbedingt gereinigt werden. Die Unterkunft liegt im Haus eines Kindergartens, der Geräuschpegel ist dementsprechend hoch, mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber ok. Der Rasensprenger des Kindergartens läuft mehrfach am Tag sodass man auf der Terasse nass wird und leider auch nichts draußen abstellen kann
