Facilità di accesso ed ingresso. Comunicazioni con l'host. Abbondanza di spazio (ottima per 4 - 6 persone). Comodità di accesso ai mezzi pubblici per il centro (situata a circa 10 min dal centro). Ottima dotazione di elettrodomestici. Due bagni.
Piano terra vicino ad un locale pubblico, non del tutto silenzioso (solo se si dorme nel divano letto, le due camere invece sono silenziose). Dotazione di stoviglie non ricchissima. Uno dei due bagni ha solo acqua fredda, l'altro non ha wc, ma ha la doccia.

Super zentrale Lage und sehr schönes Appartement. Der Chef von der Bar/Café war auch super lieb und wir haben morgens lecker Café dort getrunken und viel gelacht . Mike war jeder Zeit zu erreichen bei Fragen.

Insgesamt die Lage und Ausstattung sind ausgezeichnet. Da ist ein Waschmaschine/Trockner und Waschmittel sowie ein Geschirspülmaschine. Die Toiletten sind sauber und die Dusche ist gross und sauber. Die Lage ist eigentlich perfect und alles ist gut erreichbar
Die Betten sind sehr weich und der Couch ist nicht gemütlich. Was wieleicht nicht so schön ist oder kann auch gut sein ist die Cafe nebenan. Die Cafe kundinen wollen einen erzählen was und wie man irgendwas macht..und die sind direkt vor der Tür.

Die Lage war ok.
Die Wohnung war früher mal eine Gewerbefläche. Ich würde die Wohnung nicht mehr mieten.
