Loft directly next to Oktoberfest and downtown

Insgesamt die Lage und Ausstattung sind ausgezeichnet. Da ist ein Waschmaschine/Trockner und Waschmittel sowie ein Geschirspülmaschine. Die Toiletten sind sauber und die Dusche ist gross und sauber. Die Lage ist eigentlich perfect und alles ist gut erreichbar

Die Betten sind sehr weich und der Couch ist nicht gemütlich. Was wieleicht nicht so schön ist oder kann auch gut sein ist die Cafe nebenan. Die Cafe kundinen wollen einen erzählen was und wie man irgendwas macht..und die sind direkt vor der Tür.

Très bien décoré, hébergement très confortable et assez original. Acces très facile en rez-de-chaussée.

Des conseils pour le stationnement seraient les bienvenus. 😉

Location was good, tram station was very near and very decent restaurants in the area. The area itself was nice and not far from the downtown. Additionally it was very close to S-bahn train stations. The accommodation had coffee and tea available.

The toilet paper ran out, but is really a super irrelevant topic.

Modern bathrooms, solid interior, overall the apartment was bigger than I initially thought.

The title already boasts "directly next to Oktoberfest", but the apartment was actually quite far away (about 35 minutes walking distance). Worse: I booked the apartment, because the area around the Oktobefest is quite pleasant and central. The apartment however was on the other side of the Mittlerer Ring, where pretty much nothing is happening and public transport is fairly scarce. That was a big nuisance. Also, the door leading to the apartment is right between the tables of a café. When you're sitting in the living room, you're practically 1m away from the people drinking and smoking outside. And when you open the door, everybody sitting outside the café can look inside the apartment, that was fairly annoying.
