Access to free parking which is very difficult to find in Munich. The host was very responsive and provided a WhatsApp account for quick communication.
The apartment was not fully prepared for checking in upon our arrival (full washing machine, missing hand soap) but the host was very cordial and responsive and provided soap personally next day. Generally not very thorough cleaning staff which we reported to the host.
The location is a bit farther away from old city and historic sites (almost 40 min with public transport) which is compensated with free parking which is very hard to find in Munich.

The property was good and well-equipped with all the essential and required amenities.
The TV remote was just a dummy and didn’t work when we switched on the TV. The road in front of the house was under construction, and I couldn’t find the garage that was mentioned in the listing. The bedroom has a separate door leading to the backyard, but it’s in very poor condition — you have to be careful while operating it as it feels like it could collapse at any moment.
The worst part of my experience was receiving an intimidating and disrespectful message from the host, accusing me of being a horrible guest and claiming that I caused significant damage to the property, demanding €2,500. I’m not sure if my 5-year-old son accidentally caused something without my knowledge, but it’s hard to believe a child could cause such damage.
Because of this unpleasant experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone.

La situation de l’appartement à 15 mn du métro. La place de parking à proximité dans parking souterrain sécurisé.Les commerces et les bars et restaurant à proximité. La chambre donne sur un petit jardin/ terrasse très agréable.
L’absence de luminosité dans la pièce principe en raison de l'occultation par un rideau opaque derrière lequel étaient stockés des produits ménagers, etc. Les ustensiles de cuisines sont minimalistes
