plenty of space and well equipped room. convenient for extended stays actually.

Choice for breakfast could be better. The cafe ran out of Kopi for most of our stay, we only had it on the first day.

The shower in the bathroom would be better with a glass divider instead of a glass curtain which is messy. The TV would be great if we could get local channels instead of having to sign in, why can't there just be local channels and have channels like CNN available. There should be a number you can call for room service as there was not enough of toilet paper and no one to contact, we only managed when we saw some housekeeping staff nearby. We only had one extra roll for the five day stay. There were also no tea towels in the kitchen and we had to ask for it and we were told that we could us a bath towel!! Unfortunately we told staff that would not do if we needed to dry a pot. Also some hand towel to dry your hands would be excellent. So, little things like the above would make a big difference.

The hotel is well situated. It’s close to the park and the mall.

The hotel itself is part of a wider complex of what I assume are apartments and perhaps some offices. The security staff at the front desk of the complex are very rude and they act as though they’re guarding an embassy or something! I appreciate this could be a cultural thing of people taking their roles very seriously, though. We waited for our cab at the wrong spot out front and got told off and they made our cab driver do a lap of the complex and essentially queue to pick us up. The room itself is fine, although there was a damp stench coming from our kitchen sink area and when we first opened the door to our room, it smelt like someone had just cooked in there which we were a bit surprised by. That being said, the hotel staff are friendly and contactable via WhatsApp which came in very useful.
