Location wise. I booked 1 double bed room yet they gave me 2 double bed room.
No free parking. Need a thorough cleaning specially at the bathroom/toilet area got baby cockroaches. The room cleaner told me that I shouldn’t use the other bed since i booked 1 bed only.. like 🙄 is it my fault if i use the 2 bed since u gave that room to me? I didn’t find that rule in your booking site and no one told me this. First time to encounter like this. And when checking out need to wait in the room like 🤨 not so professional.

Excellent location right by the food night market, night life and street art. Lovely infinity pool and gym. Very comfortable bed. Well-equipped with (cheap) hairdryer, iron, kitchen wear, soap etc. Washing machine and kitchenette.
Shabby apartment - curtains didn't fully close, cupboard doors coming off etc. No instructions as to how to get the key card or the fact only accepted cash payment and deposit or how to get the deposit back so had to cut final evening short to meet the agent. Left with Malaysian currency deposit at end of stay can't really use. Left wondering whether agent was coming to meet me at 11pm, attached hotel not helpful. No towels to use at the pool.
