lack of temporary parking near lobby area. When I was waiting for the unit to be ready, I was asked to remove my vehicle from outside the lobby. At the same time I couldnt park at B2A coz I couldnt check in yet. Need better coordination btw front office & security related to this situation

I’m really enjoying my stay at The Manor KL by Canopy lives. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and incredibly spacious. The view of the Twin Towers is amazing and the balcony is absolutely huge .. definitely one of my favourite things about the place. What has stood out the most, though, is the hospitality. The team has been incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. When I decided to extend, they made the whole process so easy and were even kind enough to give me an upgrade, which I really appreciated. 🥹 I’m genuinely happy and comfortable here that I’m already thinking of extending my stay even longer. I would recommend Canopy Homes to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious and comfortable place to stay in KL with good hospitality.

Location was fine, close to Petronas towers and 15 min by taxi to Batu caves. Beds were comfy and staff was nice.

We were disappointed by the hotel room itself, there was a hint of moldy smell in the kitchen, and strong sewage smell in the bathroom. The bathroom itself was a bit dirty and smelly (mainly shower), we also received just to big towels, no hand towels. Be careful when booking a room without a view, I have not realised it and our window was facing the other wall. So our room was always very dark. The biggest issue was the noice, there were people staying above as and next to use, and we could hear diverse noises all the time. During the night it sounded like someone was walking in our room which was very disturbing and we could not sleep properly.
