    The room was luxurious with a stunning view of the Twin Towers. Riaz was always helpful, attentive, and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend booking with Moonway for a memorable experience in Kuala Lumpur.

    Misleading description on the room introduction. During booking, it stated private pool however upon check in, found the room actually got no balcony at all and not even have pool. When I asked the staff, they mentioned public pool is the private pool. The reason I booked was because it stated private pool which is such a disappointment. The AC in the master room and living room is not fully working. Despite turn to the lowest temperature the room did not turn cold as well even we close off the curtain. Overall the price I paid for is not really worth it. Would be better to book directly with the Hotel instead of homestay type.
