    The room was luxurious with a stunning view of the Twin Towers. Riaz was always helpful, attentive, and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend booking with Moonway for a memorable experience in Kuala Lumpur.

    Magnificent view of the KLCC skyline and the interior’s beautiful as well. Apartment’s well equipped with washer & dryer so staying with young kids is no issue. However, it would be great to offer local TV channels as there wasn’t much options to choose from the android box. It would also be better to offer complimentary parking for guests like other 5-star luxury hotels & serviced apartments especially if we’re staying there for more than 2 days. We were given access to the skydeck pool but not the viewing deck. We were told that it is only for hotel guests. As we’re staying in the same building, there shouldn’t be any discrimination between hotel and serviced apartment guests.

    I won’t suggest this place I took an apartment The apartment which I booked and saw in pictures and they gave me was different Just don’t book only for the view then u r getting fooled by paying more Insted go to some better hotels where u will get super hospitality from them and get a better deals I booked the suite where i saw a twin tower from the bath room but I got the other side view and I got irritated after going inside the room We came for our honeymoon and want to surprise my wife but I got fooled The Riaz or riaj was my agent he was friendly though the hospitality is totally zero because if u book some apartments or hotel the staff should be ready for the guest when they are arriving but here we should call them and wait for 15-20 min and then he will come and he will randomly give me some room in some mid floor , it’s just they don’t read any of your request nor they take any request from you and they demand no extra money if u request something Better go for someother apartment with good hospitality or just book a hotel that’s the bestest option for couple
