Size and ease of booking
Lots of broken equipment. Cleanliness could be better. All kitchen utensils had to be washed before we used them.
Hot tub was never hot.
Sugestion: clear all drawers and cupboards and not have random personal items in them

We’ve stayed at a few of Nancy’s properties now and each time has been a great experience. She’s very responsive and easy to communicate with. Nothing is ever too much trouble. She’s also really flexible and understanding with check-in times, which we really appreciate. The properties are always clean, well-kept, and exactly as shown in the photos. This particular house was in the perfect location for us. We've never had any issues during our stays and always feel well looked after. Nancy is a fantastic host, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed!

Just like the photos! Property was a lot bigger than we thought. Hot tub pool table and table tennis was a bonus.
