The owners were very friendly. The room was lovely. The grounds were beautiful and the animals were friendly. John went ‘above and beyond’ to ensure my stay was great.
It was perfect for a one night stay.

Very peaceful, loved the location and privacy of the cottage we stayed in. We need to visit Canterbury from time to time and always struggle to sleep because of noise. This is the first place we’ve found where we’ve had a good night’s sleep! Great hosts.
The temperature of the shower in the wet room had a mind of its own.

We liked the location and the donkeys
The cottage has potential but unfortunately felt very dated and unclean. Old cobwebs in easy to reach places! Dead bugs on bed when we arrived. The skylight window blind above the bed looked extremely dusty. Mould in the bathroom -needs a good clean to remove dead bugs. Bathroom needs updating as well as the fridge and microwave in the kitchen. Kettle needs descaling. The long life milk was three days out of date.
