Perfectly located in Canterbury, this spacious three-storey townhouse comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests – ideal for families, friends, couples on staycations, business travellers, contractors, or those relocating.

We pride ourselves on a smooth booking/check-in process! Our team is ready to help from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day.

BED CONFIGURATION:
• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Bedroom 2: Double bed
• Bedroom 3 (Loft Room): Double bed – please note reduced head height in this room
• Travel cot available on site

The fully equipped kitchen features a Nespresso machine, double AEG oven, and sleek quartz worktops, making meal preparation a pleasure. The spacious lounge is perfect for unwinding with the Smart TV, playing board games, or simply relaxing after a day exploring Canterbury.

Step into the sunlit back garden – a peaceful retreat for your morning coffee or a celebratory glass of bubbles. The garden is fully fenced, and we welcome up to two well-behaved pets.

Upstairs, the light-filled bedrooms offer a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom includes both a bath and shower, with inbuilt lighting to create a spa-like atmosphere for a relaxing soak.

To the rear, you’ll find private gated parking for two cars (please note it’s a tight fit), with additional free street parking directly behind the property.

No Parties
This property is strictly not suitable for parties or events. Any breach will result in immediate removal without refund, and your deposit may be used to cover additional costs. Please note: this is a quiet residential area – quiet hours apply after 9:00 pm.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A £500 charge will be applied if evidence of smoking is found, to cover deep cleaning and any related damage.



🚗 Parking
• Free, secure gated parking at the rear for up to 2 cars (note: the gate is a tight fit).
• Additional free street parking is available directly behind the property.



👶 Baby Items
• High chair, baby gate, and travel cot provided.
• Please note: travel cot linen is not included.



🐶 Pet Policy
• Up to two small, well-behaved pets (under 10 kg) welcome.
• Pets must be kept off soft furnishings and beds, remain downstairs only, and must not be left unattended.
• Guests are liable for any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets.



🧶 LINEN & TOWEL CARE
Please help us keep our linens and towels in excellent condition for all guests.
We kindly ask that towels are not used for removing makeup or cleaning spills, and that food and drinks are kept away from beds where possible.
Where bed linen or towels are excessively stained or damaged beyond normal use and cannot be professionally cleaned, the cost of replacement may be charged.
If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help.
