The Canterbury Barn: sleeps 20, within 7 bedrooms, 1 sofa-bed, 2 family bathrooms plus 1 shower-room, two floor living, open plan reception area with panoramic country views, large south facing terrace.
The barn is entered into the lower spacious open living area:
Kitchen area, range cooker, gas top, four electric ovens, washing machine, dryer, two dishwashers, fridge, freezer, extractor fan. Breakfast bar with stools.
Dining area, large dining table accommodates more than 20 guests.
Living area on both floors can accommodate all 20 guests with at least 12 guests below in one area. Sky TV and Freeview TV, iPod docking station

2 x double bedrooms (sleep 2 each)
Twin room (sleeps 2), two single beds
Family bathroom, bath and shower, WC.
Upper Floor
2 x family room (sleeps 4 each), double bed and two singles
2 x twin room (sleeps 2), two single beds
Sofa-bed on the landing (sleeps 2), no curtains in this area.

We had an excellent stay here for a hen do. The barn had everything we wanted and more. The host was attentive yet let us have our space. We all had a wonderful time. Thank you! Would highly recommend to anyone for a large gathering/party.

This was our second visit to the barn, 12 years after our first and it once again exceeded our expectations. A wonderful idyllic barn set in an ideal location. It was well presented with great facilities. Thank you for making another milestone birthday party with all our family possible!

A spacious barn in an excellent location. Wonderful views across the Kent countryside. A short cycle ride into the city centre. Ample parking.
