Sunbeam and Sundance Cosy House - Sleeps 14

A fabulous property, well presented, everything works well and it feels relaxed. There were only 6 of us, and a dog - so each couple could have their own bathroom and space in the house. Kitchen was well equipped with pleny of glasses/crockery/cutlary. Lovely garden in the sunshine, bonus games room. Gentle stroll to town with lots of restaurants and shops and, of course, the beach. We had a great stay, hosts were very accommodating and good communications - thank you

The house is very well presented and maintained. There are lots of extra touches that were well received from providing washing up liquid to a list of up to date fire inspections etc. It is only a 15 mins walk to beach and harbour. House has everything you need to function just like at home. It fit a large family of 12 and the games room was excellent. Bbq is wonderful. Very good communication from owner. Owner was helpful and allowed a later check out (11h instead of 10h) - which was great especially when travelling with kids and teenagers.

We visited in summer and temperatures were unusually high. Upstairs rooms were cramped, beds were small (but comfy) and it was hot and stuffy even with fans. Games room was hot too. This house is in a residential area and so the owners have put various signs up asking people to keep noise down after 9h (which we understand as people work and have their routines) and if any complaints there may be a 250 pounds fine or non-return of despoit. This message / photo could be put in the advertisement so it is very clear to families or groups who are more active after 9h especially in the summer.

Location, cleanliness, plenty of utensils/kitchen equipment. Nice touch with the liquid dispensers in kitchens and bathrooms. Great showers! Lovely garden. Good parking.

Having to come inside on a hot evening at 9pm.

The house has beautiful, cosy decor and is beyond equipped to host and have a comfortable stay!
