Not bad but I expected something better

- Large room with a wide balcony and a pretty decent view. - Smart TV. - Seemed clean. - There was a jacuzzi, as advertised. - The man who prepared our jacuzzi was very nice. He was also the one who unlocked the hotel's front door for us because the reception staff couldn't be bothered to tell us that we needed a code to get inside the property :)

The hotel staff never informed us that we needed a code to enter the building. Technically, they did mention it — but only after an employee who happened to be outside let us in. There was a piece of paper taped to the front door instructing guests to call a number for access, but that information should have been shared with us well before arrival. The check-in was weird. No one was there when we arrived, and after a few minutes, a lady finally showed up. I told her I had a reservation, and she took my ID without saying anything, disappeared to another room, then came back and silently handed it back. After typing on her phone for a while, she finally told us she’d sent the access code to the room and hotel through WhatsApp. Her communication skills were definitely not what you’d expect from front desk staff. The room smelled damp (yes, I know there's a jacuzzi in the room, but the air shouldn't smell this bad), and while there was a dehumidifier, its tray hadn’t been cleaned. My husband ended up cleaning it himself — isn’t that something the hotel staff should be doing? The jacuzzi looked clean, but its display showed that the filter maintenance was four days overdue. The bathroom door wouldn’t close at all. It looked like it had suffered from water damage, causing the wood to swell and the frame to become misaligned. Some guests wrote in their reviews that they'd received wine or champagne and sweets. We never got anything.

Modern and comfortable hotel.

New hotel, very modern with lots of extras like washing machine, koffiemachine, dryer. Very nice furniture, bathroom and balcony.

The surroundings are not at the same level as the hotel but it is not the hotels fault of course. It is quiet and you can sleep good at night.

Amazing property and staff. The only “downside” is maybe the railroad which is next to the hotel if you hate noises, but honestly i’ve been here with my wife and little kid and no issues

Sunt foarte critic,,mia plăcut foarte mult aici,,,dar la baie sa văzut că, femeia de serviciu nu a pus preț pe perfecțiunea curățeniei la așa camera și baie frumoasa... Efectiv pe gresie se vedea că,a făcut curățenie pe rapid, grăsime...Cu un pic mai mult de cif...Dar gresiea și faianța de calitate și frumoasă....Camera, superbă,,mobila super....Dacă vreodată mai revin prin Craiova și vrea să dorm în oraș vii reveni... Aaaa încă ceva,, parcarea cam îngustă, dimineață m-am chinuit sa ies din parcare

Foarte confortabil patul, camera foarte curată și spațioasă la fel și baia. Mini-bucătăria complet utilată cu ce ai putea avea nevoie pt câteva zile. Fier de călcat în camera, minifrigider, cafea la espresor, totul foarte ok, nimic de reproșat !
