Excellent location
Very noisy you can hear people talking at the zebra crossing and it beeps every five minutes keeping you awake all night.
You need a 350 pound damage money sent in extra to get keys and then you get charged half for a carpet stain behind front door that's been there ages.they must charge for this every time.
Excellent location but would not stay again.

Location very good as in the centre of Otley.
Bathroom shower was good.
Kitchen was a decent size for such a small place and in good condition.
Teabags and sugar available plus washing up liquid and tea towels.
Property is situated on the corner of a main road, so lots of noise and traffic etc. NO parking!
Small house/flat which generally felt like a bit like a student flat, particularly the main bedroom, which was very basic. Bed was not great and bedding and sheets were the cheapest imaginable (high polyester content). Wardrobe was stuffed full of cheap nasty duvets and pillows etc so had to remove these to have room to hang clothes up. I was glad I had brought my own pillow with me.
Furniture is cheap and only one bedside table.
We asked for bedding for the sofa bed but it was not there. A good job my friend had brought her own just in case.
Kitchen facilities were mixed - only 2 mugs! No coffee either.
Carpets were quite grubby.
Generally it felt very basic and we thought it was overpriced for the standard of accommodation. There is so much you could do with it to make the bedroom feel more comfortable! Also some nice touches would have been nice such as complementary food items and milk etc.
Didn't like that we had to pay £350 refundable deposit for such a basic place. However this has apparently been refunded now.
Overall - it was 'ok' for a couple of nights but wouldn't recommend as a particularly nice place to stay.

Clean, good all round facilities.
Radiators warmed up the place quickly.
Good shower.
Because it’s on a very busy crossroads and the bedroom is single glazed it is noisy.
However we appreciate the central location.
