The check-in was not smooth. There are two doors. The homeowner only gave the password to enter the room but not the password to enter the main gate of the residential area. It took two calls to answer. The wifi password was not disclosed either and was not posted inside the house. It was only after asking the homeowner again that they were told. The room is located in the semi-basement. It is relatively small but habitable. It's a sofa bed. The window can't be opened. There will be a smell in the room. It's relatively clean, has simple tableware and can be used for cooking.

The notification of check-in methods needs to be improved and the check-in video should be sent in advance.

Idéalement placé par rapport au lieu où je devais me rendre, studio fonctionnel, très bien équipé. Les hôtes sont charmants et réactifs. Je recommande pour quelques jours sur Dijon.

Très compliqué d'accès, appartement en sous-sol qui peut-etre à l'origine devait etre une cave, évacuation de douche bouchée, pas de savon dans la douche, lit à faire soi meme puisque c'est un canapé lit absoluement incofortable

C est une cave,transformée en studio minuscule,pas de fenêtre, un. petit vasistas à ras du sol et crasseux donc pas de lumière ni d aération. La douche donne directement sur le canapé déplié qui sert de lit.Odeur d égout et literie qui sent la cigarette.Obligation de faire un dépôt de garantie de 400€ pour recevoir les codes d accès, pas de réponse de la conciergerie ,sur répondeur.J ai dû attendre 45mn devant la porte avant de pouvoir entrer dans ce sous sol,mauvaise surprise et non conforme aux photos prises en grand angle qui donnent une fallacieuse impression d espace.Je pense que ce logement n est pas conforme aux normes sanitaires d habitabilité.

La proximité du centre ville, la propreté du logement

la douche qui se trouve directement dans la pièce principal (pas d'intimité). Peu de place pour circuler une fois le lit installé (divan lit) dont le confort est moyen mais acceptable pour 2 nuits
