Cicha, spokojna okolica przy samym lesie. Klimatyczny pokój. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Można było odpocząć od zgiełku miasta.
Smród donoszący się z toalety, oraz brudna podłoga wymagająca wymiany gumoleonu. Minus za brak lodówki w pokoju i innego wyposażenia. Ogólnie zawyżona cena w stosunku do obiektu, na jedną noc ok aby odpocząć w ciszy blisko natury.
