The location for getting into Milan central is amazing, because of the M3 stop practically right outside the door. The apartment itself is also very charming, clean, well maintained and suited our needs very well. There is also a large grocery store right nearby for all your needs. The AC was also a very big plus during this heat.
Compared to central Milan, the neighborhood might seem a little rough. However, that is tempered by the fact that getting into the city is very easy due to the Metro and Tram stop right next by. Everything in the apartment itself was wonderful and very nice.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal. Le métro se situe à 2mn à pied, il y a également un grand carrefour 24/24 juste à coté.
L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel avec des gels douche et savons mis à disposition. Il y a tout tout ce dont on a besoin.
La salle de bain est à refaire : les murs sont moisis, les joints sont inexistants dans la douche. La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas, donc en plein hiver il fait froid, surtout que celle ci se situe dans la douche.
Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage, prévoyez vos boules quies pour la nuit !

Très bon emplacement près du tram et du métro. Appartement de grande surface, volumes agréables. Belle cuisine et lits confortables.
Très bruyant : mauvaise isolation phonique avec des fenêtres très anciennes. On entend beaucoup le tram passer

The staff were really nice allowing us to check in early. This was super helpful and much appreciated.
The mould in the bathroom and the extremely dirty couch in the living room were the two most disgusting things about the apartment. There was no basic cleaning products such as washing liquid or hand soap. We only stayed for two nights but if you are planning a longer stay it is super inconvenient. The living room and one of the bedrooms are facing the main street with cafes, restaurants and a frequently used public transport and trains which are extremely noisy at night. It has disturbed our sleep massively. The locations therefore is not ideal. The place is not kept tidy and clean either. The owners should put more effort into replacing the couch, cleaning the apartment and isolating the windows from the street side.
