The apartment is spacious with full kitchen & very comfortable bed. The host is lovely & so welcoming & it was easy to park in the street. Easy walk to supermarket, restaurants & Appian Antica a short drive. I would be very happy to stay here again.

La mancanza del micronde , la vicinanza alla ferrovia per cui si sentivano passare alcuni treni. Nella descrizione vengono indicate 2 camere con letto matrimoniali e un divano letto, ma la seconda stanza non esiste e con il divano aperto non si entra in cucina.

Appartamento molto bello in quartiere tranquillo e ben servito, comodo per raggiungere l'Ippodromo Capannelle e il centro con autobus. Fornito di tutto il necessario e molto pulito. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Il proprietario Antonio è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile, venendoci incontro ad ogni nostra necessità e cercando di rendere il nostro soggiorno ottimo!! Inoltre abbiamo pranzato nel suo ristorante e che dire... Divino!! Torneremo sicuramente!!

The property was reasonably well equipped, although some more cooking implements and a corkscrew would be useful. The property is in a residential block with shared access gate. The property is nicely decorated and was reasonably comfortable, although the sofa was very hard. The property is a shortish walk from Capannelle railway station which has some services into Termini. The host was very friendly. We arranged to collect the keys from him from his restaurant and he gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy. There were also some snacks in the apartment waiting for us when we arrived, which was a lovely gesture. We were contacted by our host who wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay, which we did. It was nice to park the car for a few days and not use it. There are a couple of nice restaurants a short walk away where we dined and which were really good. We liked the fact it was a lower ground floor apartment as there were not many steps. However, this means the apartment isn’t brightly lit with daylight as a result. We didn’t spend the daytime in the apartment so the reduced daylight didn’t bother us. This is a good, value for money apartment, all things considered.
Parking is on street on a one way street. It’s a reasonably busy road with buses running down it and we had to walk further than we’d have liked with our luggage from the car. This is a bit of an issue as one of us has mobility issues. The property is close to a railway line and the noise can be heard from inside the apartment. Despite closing all the windows and the extra external door, we could still hear it. Fortunately, we were so tired each night that we did sleep, but it is something to bear in mind. The shared access gate is difficult to open, particularly if you are carrying anything. It seems like the lock has been strained.
