Die Lage des Appartements ist für Rom gut geeignet. Die letzte U-Bahn Station Anagnina ist fußläufig 15 Minuten entfernt. Bei Hitze bietet sich die Fahrt mit dem Auto an. Dort gibt es ein großes und günstiges Parkhaus. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Das Bett war bequem. Die 8 Punkte geben wir aus Perspektive für die junge Vermieterin
An der Sauberkeit in der Küche muss noch etwas gearbeitet werden. Ich empfehle der Vermieterin vor der Übergabe eine Sichtkontrolle. Die Duschtücher sollten auf jeden Fall größer und von besserer Qualität sein. Im Schlafzimmer war nur ein kleiner Teil des Schranks zum Öffnen. Die restlichen Türen waren verschlossen. Ein zweites Kissen auf dem Bett wären auch gut. Das Appartement war für uns in der Summe ungemütlich.

The location was very nice with several restaurants, markets and Metro nearby. The house was fine as well, with it's own covered parking spot.
This apartment could use a microwave and a dry hanger for clothes after a beach day. Otherwise it is fine. Maybe a TV as well..? 😁

La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile! La posizione vicino alla stazione metro Anagnina Facile da raggiungere e con ampio parcheggio
Il cane dell'appartamento accanto , essendo abbastanza grande ci ha svegliato varie volte anche in piena notte, di conseguenza non abbiamo riposato bene. La pulizia non era delle migliori, pavimento apparentemente pulito ma in realtà sporco( i calzini dei miei figli sono da buttare), nel letto singolo abbiamo trovato dei capelli).Per il prezzo pagato (150 una notte )almeno una brioche per la colazione( nella dispensa solo qualche crackers e due scatole di legumi) o una TV mi sarei aspettata di trovarle .
