Domus Tepula II

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du gérant. L'équipement de l'appartement. La proximité des transports en commun et des commerces de toutes sortes. La facilité de parking. Le calme du quartier et son odeur entêtante de jasmin.

Tout était très bien !

Schönes Apartment mit zweiter Ebene zum Schlafen, viel Platz, hell, grosse Fenster ,gut ausgestattete Küche , tolle Waschmaschine (sehr leise), alles notwendige vorhanden, Dusche etc funktionierte gut; es gab Hausschuhe (neu, eingepackt), Supermarkt 10 min Fußweg entfernt, wunderschöner historischer Park (Parco degli acquedotti) ebenfalls, bis zur Metro zu Fuß ca 30 min schöner Spaziergang, alternativ ein Bus direkt in der Straße. Kaffee und Restaurant direkt unter der Wohnung, und frisches Trinkwasser. Netter Stadtteil, ohne Touristentrubel

The bed was comfortable, and the facilities were good. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it is still very convenient to reach, with a bus stop just a few steps away. There are also supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance, and the WiFi worked well. The owner’s restaurant and coffee shop, located right under the apartment, were excellent. The food was delicious—especially if you enjoy seafood—and they also serve traditional dishes that are not listed on the menu. The owners were very friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. During my stay, I even stumbled upon a beautiful park with an ancient Roman arch. It was a real blessing to be away from the hustle and bustle of Rome.

Shower water is a bit weak ( I guess the shower head needs to be cleaned because the holes are plugged up with Limescale). Not a big issue though.

Sin duda lo mejor son Ilaria y Antonio. Mi estancia fue larga por trabajo y me hicieron sentir como en mi propia casa, siempre pendiente de mí, dándome consejos y ayudándome en todo lo que podían.

Quizá lo que menos me gustó fue la ubicación porque está localizado en la periferia de Roma y tenías que coger autobuses y metro para poder llegar (y el transporte en Roma no sigue ninguna regla).
