Μας άρεσε πολύ η τοποθεσία, καθώς ήταν πολύ κοντά στο Μετρό (Γραμμή Α), επίσης είχε άνετους και καθαρούς χώρους, 3 τηλεοράσεις και 3 air-condition σε όλους τους χώρους. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα με πολύ όμορφο design, διέθετε κουζίνα, ψυγείο, πλυντήριο πιάτων, φούρνο, ηλεκτρική κουζίνα, καφετιέρα, πλυντήριο ρούχων, χρηματοκιβώτιο, ωραίο μπαλκόνι. Επίσης, στον δρόμο προς το Μετρό, δύο λεπτά μακριά από το διαμέρισμα, υπάρχει πολύ ωραίος φούρνος με αρκετά τραπεζάκια, όπου μας άρεσε να παίρνουμε το πρωινό μας και να πίνουμε τον καφέ μας σε πολύ οικονομικές τιμές. Οι κόρες της οικοδέσποινας μας υποδέχθηκαν με ευγένεια και μας εξυπηρέτησαν σε ό,τι ζητήσαμε, ενώ μας είχαν έτοιμα και μπισκοτάκια και κάψουλες καφέ, καθώς και όλα τα είδη πρώτης ανάγκης και προσωπικής υγιεινής. Ήμασταν δύο ενήλικες και δύο παιδιά 13 και 16 ετών. Μείναμε 5 βράδια και Είμαστε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι τόσο από τις παροχές όσο και από την τιμή. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

We had an amazing experience! The proprietary was kind, helpful and available. It was very clean and complete. There was a kitchen with everything inside. The air conditioner worked perfectly. And the bathroom had a great space and products available to use. There were also tea, coffee and biscuits for us to eat.
And the location was good, it was close to the metro station and around was a very Italian neighborhood with lots of options of restaurants and supermarkets.
(I recommend to try the sweets from Pasticceria Benedetto Tuscolana)
There was nothing bad about our stay, I need to even thank the proprietary for the great place to stay in Rome.

La casa completamente ristrutturata é perfetta anche per vivere la città per più giorni. La posizione é ottima, si trova a pochi passi dalla Metro A (Fermata Lucio Sestio e Giulio Agricola) e nelle vicinanze ci sono molti bar, ristoranti e negozi specialmente sulla Via Tuscolana. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.
