Ми дуже раді, що вибрали саме цю квартиру. Вона перевершила наші очікування. Вона реально простора, великі кімнати, багато світла, все зручно і продумано. Є пральна машина, праска, мікрохвильовка, плита електрична, чайник, кавоварка, зручна кухня, загалом є все, що необхідно для життя - заїхали й одразу почуваєшся як вдома.
Метро буквально в трьох хвилинах пішки від будинку. І що зручно - продуктовий магазин ще ближче, по дорозі до метро. Тобто все під рукою. Район дуже хороший: багато кав’ярень поруч, можна снідати як вдома, так і в кафетерії за рогом. Дуже приємна атмосфера.
І ще маленький бонус - за вікном на дереві живуть гарненькі папуги. Це додає настрою, особливо зранку 🙂
Окремо скажу про Даріо - він дуже приємна людина, все спокійно показав, пояснив, передав ключі без зайвої метушні. А ще (що було особливо приємно і неочікувано) подарував нам пляшку чудового червоного вина. Залишилося дуже хороше враження.
Коротко - нам тут справді комфортно. Якщо знову будемо в Римі, із задоволенням повернемося саме сюди.

Tutto come da foto, appartamento molto curato, pulito e accogliente. La metropolitana e sotto casa. Quartiere ben servito di tutto. Il proprietario è stato molto accogliente e disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente.

The apartment was as shown in the pictures and matched the description. The owner (Dario) is a nice guy, very helpful in every way. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine and two bottles of mineral water, although the tap water is drinkable, but not of very good quality. In the morning, you are woken up by green parrots. Late check-in is possible. The metro to the city center is nearby. Ciampino Airport can be reached in 20-30 minutes by direct bus (bus 520).
Minor issues: we arrived late (9-10 p.m.), for which we were charged an additional €50, which is not mentioned anywhere except here in the comments. There was practically no communication beforehand, we don't speak English very well, we didn't receive a reply on WhatsApp, so we were only able to communicate a few days before arrival, but fortunately everything turned out as we expected. As everywhere in Rome, the windows here are not very good, and the streets are cleaned late at night, which makes it noisy in the evening and uncomfortable for light sleepers. My message to them is: after 30,000 steps a day, you'll fall asleep in any environment :)
