It was very easy to access the apartment using the key box and code. I used the car parking space which kept the car safe behind a security gate. Appreciated the large main room. The accommodation was well equipped, safe & quiet. Useful to have a washing machine as I stayed for 10 nights. Great view of the river & sunsets from the large window in the lounge area & easy access to Manchester on regular buses. Discovered the lovely walks just five mins in the opposite direction towards the old racecourse. Useful to have convenience stores a couple of minutes walk away too.

I'm not sure where the bath plug was during my stay so couldn't use the bath which was a shame because I would have appreciated using that at the weekend. The shower was great though. There was an ongoing leak from the ceiling onto the floor leaving a small puddle outside the front door which was a bit of an eye sore as you enter & leave.

Amazingly convenient location via taxi and bus. Property was beautiful and clean. Perfect place to come back to after a day at music festival

The elevator screeches but that's not the end of the world

The apartment was really nice for the money, spacious and served well for the 3people one night stay. The owner was very helpful over the phone.

Could have been a bit cleaner and the deposit transfer didn't seem safe but took that risk as I couldn't get the key code without transferring it. Took a week for the deposit to come back. (Thankfully it did).

It was clean, had the basic facilities, and the actual bedroom was nice. It is low cost.

The property isn’t sufficient for a third person. I cannot recommend it for 3 people. The front room does not have full coverage of the windows so a bright light shines in and the sofa bed is not comfortable. The TV also lines on it. Customer service could be better. The window was open when arrived and I personally couldn’t figure out how to close it nor could the other guests, but apparently it does close.
