Would stay again as clean and tidy and fair price.
Easy access to amenities, well equipped kitchen but only used kettle and toaster. Beds were comfortable and shower worked well.
Took a few minutes to find the flat as Google maps doesn't take you to the right house, instructions from owner could be better eg telling you to turn right at the end of railings to see the picture he sends you of the house. Could hear the neighbours shouting next door and outside area on the approach to the flat is covered in paper and cardboard ber untidy looking, but this doesn't belong to owner so not his fault. Only thing in the flat that wasn't comfortable was the sofa.

pleasant enough for what we needed
It is pretty close to the centre of manchester and it had all the facilities that we needed. It also did have a few spare shampoos and conditioners which was helpful
It isn’t in the nicest area and the neighbours were definitely a bit nosey. Also noticed that we weren’t given many towels so consider bringing a couple extra if your staying a while
