heating and hot water doesn’t work properly goes off constantly and comes back on whenever it feels like, apartment had a weird smell for the first two days

Superb
The property has a fantastic space and all the facilities are pretty new. It isn't far from the city centre by Uber (10 min or less). The host was helpful and prompt to respond to any request.
We had an issue with the toilet. However, they attempted to sort it out as soon as possible. I would suggest more cutlery and plates as we were in 3 and we didn't have plenty of crockery for us.

Mini appartamento, tenuto abbastanza bene, biancheria pulita, pavimenti puliti, stoviglie ed accessori puliti ed elettrodomestici puliti e funzionanti.Residence situato in un contesto molto tranquillo a fianco della tangenziale, che porta al centro di Manchester...Parcheggio privato e videosorvegiato, con colonnine di ricarica in abbondanza, ottima location per chi arriva con la propria auto o la noleggia.
I rivestimenti in tessuto del divano, delle sedie e della poltrona erano macchiati, il termo arredo del bagno non funzionava, la struttura è lontana dalla fermata del Metro link, l'indirizzo riportato in Booking è sbagliato , quello corretto è 24 Goodiers Dr, Salford M5 3QR, Regno Unito. Questo errore mi ha fatto perdere parecchio tempo, per trovare il giusto indirizzo, fortunatamente lo staff della struttura me lo ha inviato via whatsapp. N.B. Booking non dice nulla del deposito cauzionale di 100£ che invece è obbligatorio, usate il circuito VISA perché PayPal non è accettato .
