The beds were comfortable, loved the coffee machine. Facilities were good, couches comfortable too. Your instructions were fabulous - very clear, enabling us to go through step by step and access parking and the room. Well done!
Hand soap in both bathrooms please. Otherwise all good :-)

A good option for a family of 6. Nice to have two bathrooms. Good location. Bathrooms nice and clean.
Unfortunately found crumbs in one of the single beds. We heard vermin (rats/mice) in the ceiling above the master bedroom. A bit dusty in places.

The location was good - a short walk to the CBD AND Quay. Good security. Plenty of room - 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Key lockbox was a 5 minute walk away from the front door but close for people with a car. The microwave cupboard is head height and easily bumped. The pool was out of commission but weren’t told upfront. Could have been cleaner. Chipped bowls and mugs.

It had a good location not far from the city centre. The apartment was well equipped. Having 2 bathrooms was helpful. It was on the ground floor.
