Veer Apartments - 87th Floor Penthouse Full Sea View 5 BHK

This is a fantastic property. Located on the 87th floor, the spacious five‑bedroom, four‑bathroom apartment offers truly breathtaking views spanning the Palm Jumeirah, the Burj Al Arab, the Atlantis,the skydiving airstrip, and the Dubai Eye. Watching the skyline from the balcony while enjoying a meal was an absolute pleasure — the view is genuinely mesmerising. The location is excellent. Princess Tower is a well‑known, established building with excellent security, fast lifts, and convenient parking. It’s also within easy walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts were proactive, friendly, and very easy to communicate with — genuinely wonderful people. They also offered the option of a cook (at an additional cost), who was fortunately available during our stay and prepared simple but delicious breakfasts. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need. While the property is older, it is clearly well maintained and very comfortable. Overall, a superb stay that we would happily recommend.

A property able to accommodate the largest of families. I stayed with my wife and 5 children over New Year. The views from the penthouse are absolutely stunning and unobstructed. We enjoyed the New Year’s Eve fireworks from our private balconies, yes there is more than one! The location of the property is perfect, close to the Dubai marina and a 3-5 minute walk to the nearest tram stations. There are a few restaurants close by and a couple of good supermarkets to stock up on essentials, like chocolate. The owner made our New Years stay particularly special with a personal gift of Scotch Whisky and Dubai dates, delivered himself to wish us a happy new year. An impeccable host.

marina tekne gezisi için konum harika, hemen yürüme mesafesindeydi. jbr sahiline 10 dakikada çocuklarla yürüdük. manzara muazzam, burj el arab ı bile görüyor (bunu son günün sabahı farketmiş olsam da fotoğraf çektirdim). ev sahibi çok iyi bir insan, hep yardımcı oldu. aynı binada oturuyor olması ekstra avantaj. damacana su sınırsız, ikramlar mevcut, biz çok memnun ayrıldık.

asansörde çok bekliyoruz :) belediye otobüsü bekler gibi bekliyorsun, sonra belediye otobüsündeki gibi tıkış tıkış kalıyorsun :)
