There is a dog who lives next door who can be quiet loud but if you don’t use the garden, he seems to stay pretty quiet.

Good location

It was advertised as having a driveway. There was an abandoned Nissan Micra with flat tyres which obviously hasn't moved for a very long time on a drive way section which may not even have been for that property. To the front of the address was a raised kerb which I couldn't get my car up without significantly damaging it and not even a drive way just a mound of dirt and broken tarmac in places. Upon entering only one of the three bedrooms had curtains? The other two had very faded yellow old slide along blinds which were useless for keeping the light out. The socket in the main bedroom did not work and there was just an extension lead between rooms. The tiling in the bathroom was loose under the shower and the shower itself went from extremely cold to boiling without reason. Mould all around the bath. The pots were dirty and had used oil on them. Scratch's and marks all over the walls. Generally speaking I have no idea how they have managed to mask the general state of disrepair within the photos on the ad as it is very tired. There is a dog within the neighbours garden that barked constantly all day and night. It was absolutely not worth the money it is up for at all I would look for something else.
